Renaissance Shenzhen Bay Hotel

I appreciate the effort the Guest Service Manager made to upgrade my room and invite me to the executive lounge during this stay. However, there are areas for improvement. A colleague’s upgraded room had a strong smoke odor, forcing him to switch rooms. Unfortunately, the new room lacked basic toiletries, an oversight that shouldn’t happen. Housekeeping during my stay also fell short; my room’s trash wasn’t emptied, and cleaning seemed less thorough than before. My colleague remarked on this after joining me for a meeting. The executive lounge, while appreciated, had a limited food selection and less experienced staff compared to other Renaissance locations, such as Bangkok. Additionally, breakfast quality and staff professionalism could improve. For instance, a staff member misunderstood an American guest’s request for “black coffee,” leading to unnecessary confusion. I value the Renaissance brand and the convenient location of your hotel in Shenzhen. As a frequent guest, I hope these areas will be addressed before my next visit.

I made our visit to Shen Zhen last week; we were stay at Renaissance Hotel at Shen Zhen Bay. This stay exceeded all our expectations, providing us with a truly memorable experience that felt like being welcomed into someone's own home. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the elegant yet modern design of the hotel. However, what truly touched us was the professionalism and hospitality displayed by each member of the team. In particular, front desk Ms. Hebe Yi, kindly offered us a room upgrade and free breakfast for us. She not only patiently answered all our questions. Her warmth and genuine care made us feel particularly welcome. In summary, Renaissance Hotel at Shen Zhen Bay, through its outstanding service quality, excellent facilities, and the high level of professionalism shown by frontline employees like Ms. Hebe Yi has left a wonderful memory for me and my family. If there is an opportunity to visit Shenzhen again in the future, this place will undoubtedly remain our top choice. Once again, I extend my highest respect to Ms. Hebe Yi and all the staff members! Beautiful room, clean, city view. Next to subway. Quiet room, nice staff. Good breakfast. Very relaxing.

A bit confusing when switching between elevators. No kids playground.

The housekeeping staff was efficient, helpful and smart. Front desk staff with cheerful smiles and they were willing to help as well. However, the air-con in the room was terrible, the mode can be adjusted, but no change at all.

房間整潔而且裝修不錯， 但5星級酒店竟然比2-3星酒店隔音效果還要差… 整晚聽到樓上房步行聲， 亦聽到隔離房開水喉聲其他聲， 更嚴重的是竟然聽到隔離房開關窗簾的摩打聲… 5星級酒店發生呢d問題真係完全不能接受， 簡單難以置信

職員佈置很用心，很大，空間感很好，浴室景色優美，如果單向玻璃會更好，浴缸可以雙人浸浴，設備方便，電話致電服務員很快很好處理需求，二張雙人床偏細，沒有咖啡機，梳化既攬枕有一點污跡，不過沒有用所以無關係，泳池很好親子一流，健身房都很好用，還有打拳用品值得推薦很讚！

The Shenzhen Bay Renaissance Hotel provided an excellent experience during my recent stay. As an Ambassador Elite member, the hotel honored my status and upgraded me to a spacious suite, which was a very nice surprise. The check-in process was smooth, with a warm welcome from the concierge at the entrance. The hotel lounge was quiet and comfortable, providing a nice space to relax. The hotel's location was quite convenient, just a 10-minute ride from the Shenzhen Bay Port. Being situated in the business district, there were good coffee shops and other dining options just downstairs. Popular shopping malls were also within a short distance. The only downside was that the room needed some maintenance, as the handle of the tap in the suite fell off. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and well-appointed. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at the Shenzhen Bay Renaissance Hotel. The attentive service, convenient location, and comfortable facilities made it a great choice. I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.
