"Hotel with paper thin walls"

The hotel is in a very lonely area of Shenzhen for tourists, there is little within walking distance which is a shame as Shenzhen has great shopping and restaurants. The rooms are spacious but we were woken frequently during the night by neighbouring rooms making noise and banding doors, it completely ruined our experience. We did share our feedback with management.

"Superb"

Everything is nice about this hotel and I will definitely return for another staycation later. The lounge is worth the extra charge and the food is hot.

The indoor pool is okay but the water was not warm enough.

"Excellent Location. Incredible Service. Will Return!"

The staff were incredible! From the front desk to the manager of R-Bar, they were always attentive. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable when we chose to have a day in. Breakfast spread was good with local and international options...although I would have liked stronger coffee haha. The location is directly next to many eateries and Metro station so its superbly convenient to get anywhere.

The pillow. A bit too soft. And for the week that we were there, the lift was quite the challenge because we had to take the lift UP to the 57th floor (lobby) first then take another lift DOWN to our room. Haha. We found that quite funny but the views up there and even in our rooms were breathtaking!

Great views when the smog isn’t so thick. Breakfast is pretty good. Rooms are really comfy, but far from sound-proofed as said on their website.

Could do with some comfy seats in reception as it’s very bare. Staff could learn to relax a little rather than trying so hard to be on your beckon-call. The bar is awful. Zero atmosphere and no one really uses it. Food there is poor along with the food service. Very random.

House keeping didn’t wash the whisky glass though out the stay despite making effort to put at basin 3 pax stayed but always only provide 2 set of toothbrushes
