"Excellent hotel with unhygienic gym. No towels in the gym and kind of dirty"

One of the best Renaissance ever with perfect service and polite staff. Food is great, rooms are clean, and staff helpful. Particular praise to the great team in the executive lounge. Then only major problem is the gym does not have towels in the morning but lots of bottled water. So you can imagine how unhygienic without towels

This is our second visit to the hotel. The hotel boasts a spacious lobby with exquisite decor. Check-in was smooth, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff, who also accommodated our request for a connecting room. The rooms are well-designed, with modern amenities, comfortable beds, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning city views to the new development areas at Nanshan! The breakfast buffet had a delicious variety, and the excellent facilities, including a gym and pool, made it easy to stay active. Overall, my stay was extremely satisfying thoughtful arrangements made it unforgettable. I’d gladly return and highly recommend this hotel.
