Very friendly pleasant staff. Accomodations were fine.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Our floors were damp. When asked clerk said they shampooed them that morning. Right next to hospital.

I’m unsure why I was charged 200$ upon leaving. There is a 100$ deposit fee. Which seems to have been taken twice? Despite bringing it to the receptionists attention that our room seemed vandalized by the last people. (Soap or something was crammed into the peephole when we arrived) he said we would be fine. So I’m wondering why there’s 200$ charge

My husband and I have stayed for a night. It was quiet and convenient. Breakfast was okay to me given the price, although my husband was looking for some meat.

A pretty rundown property. One of the beds had brown smears on the bedsheets. The “breakfast“ is bread, donuts, and yogurt.

I have used this location several times. As it serves its purpose, there is one negative note... They charge $100 deposit that is supposed to be refunded if there's no damage to property. This may take days, but not as long to come out of your account.

A little age on this place, but the location was good and the place was clean. Nothing fancy, but a goid value.

Very nice hotel in Sioux Falls ... easy check-in, excellent parking, and a very comfortable room
