The common areas were dirty. Room appeared clean, comfortable bed. Front door hard to open.

The staff was very nice. the only complaint I would have is the fact that they were not upfront about a 100 dollar fee that they hold for incidentals, when I asked about it the lady said we have a notice right here, as she moved there credit card machine was a small 4"- 5" x 2"-3" piece of paper. All other hotels I have stayed at have mentione

Great place

The front desk staff was refreshingly pleasant! After driving for 11+ hours (just me & my dog), it was so nice to be greeted by the friendly front desk clerk & checked in with ease. For the building being so old, it’s well maintained & everything worked. My only suggestion for comfort-related improvement is to change how they prepare the pillows; which were condensed in the pillow cases to half their size. I had to release each pillow to soften them & the stuffing was very lumpy. However, I still slept great; as the mattress was perfect! The room was very spacious, and included a comfortable armchair & ottoman, which is different from most hotel room seating.

The room was clean. Beds were super comfortable! Elevator was spacious if you needed wheelchair or walkers etc. Hotel was quiet. Shower was nice. Front desk staff upon arrival was rather rude. She said they charge your card $100 for incidentals. I've had places hold my card but never say they're charging it. They don't charge it, they put a $100 hold on it which doesn't go thru if you don't steal or trash anything-normal procedure. When I told her I didn't want them charging my card she just said we'll you don't have to stay here and grabbed the key back instead of being able to explain that it is just a hold. Hotel is next to the Surgical Institute so it is super convenient. I read some awful reviews about the rooms but ours was on the 2nd floor and very good. Morning staff was very helpful in how to get to the hospital thru the hallways. Coffee was good. We didn't eat the breakfast so don't know about that.

Next to the hospital. One long hall of rooms. If the AC worked it would have been an acceptable place to sleep for cheap.

Nice staff and very clean Cleanliness is my #1 priority
