Seulement, deux petites serviettes et le stationnement à $55 par jours c’est honteux!

Location is great for exploring the port and old Montreal, everything was very walkable. Rooftop pool and gym/amenities were also nice. Unfortunately this property did not meet our expectations in terms of quality/cleanliness. Upon arrival we found old socks left in the room from another guest. The team was responsive and removed them right away, but wasn’t overly apologetic about it. Further, we noticed a bad smell in the hallways and washroom coming from the drains. Not sure if this is something that can be fixed, so we didn’t bother raising it. All in all I wouldn’t recommend this property for the cost paid given there are many other options.

Self parking was really confusing. It’s hard to know where you can park. Lots of spots say “reserved” as there are condos and businesses. Finally I settled on a visitor spot but it was for one of the businesses so I still felt uncomfortable. More direction and signage would have been helpful.

Un hôtel magnifique, moderne et design à la décoration soignée. Le personnel est sympathique et professionnel. L'emplacement est parfait. Le minibar est bien fourni. La salle de gym est spacieuse et bien équipée. Five stars !

Les grands espaces, les grandes baies vitrées, la propreté

Ayant réservé pour la piscine, elle est finalement très petite, à l’ombre très vite et l’eau est trouble, cela a été la grande déception

Positives : The room was clean and spacious—as expected based on the photos online. The location of the hotel is excellent and we found there was a lot to see and tons of cafés/restaurants within walking distance and that access to the metro and bus was also close by. Negatives: The water pressure of the shower was very poor and the inability to control the water temperature was strange. The pool area was disappointing — it did not resemble the photos posted on your website. There was one incident which I thought was handled rather tastelessly. Immediately upon entering our room, the front desk called to make a “courtesy call” to make sure we were pleased with the room. I hadn’t actually had a chance to look around yet, but then the true reason for the call was made apparent. A very small box of chocolates & a note had been left in our room by mistake as it was intended for a different guest. The woman on the phone apologized and then informed me that someone would be coming up to retrieve the gift. It honestly seemed ridiculous that the hotel wouldn’t just apologize for leaving it in the wrong room but then offer it to us — this box of chocolate could not have cost more than $10. Other than that one incident, the front desk/lobby employees were consistently polite and very helpful. They actually made the difference between providing a mediocre score and the score I decided to give.

La décoration de la chambre est moderne, chaleureuse et l’ensemble de l’hôtel est propre et bien aménagé.

Seul regret : le petit déjeuné n’est pas un buffet, mais un choix de plats sur un menu (pour un Européen c’est moins notre habitude). Mais c’était très bon.
