Clean and Friendly

This is our second time staying at this property! We love the location, the grounds are clean and the hotel is new and modern. The room was spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Montreal.

I cannot warn people enough from paying the amount to stay at this hotel. The hotel isn’t the most expensive ever, but also is not cheap. For the price, I would have expected WAY better. We stayed here last week while in town for a neuro conference. The first morning, we woke up in a panic to the fire alarm going off. They were apparently testing the alarms in every room and on every floor. It would have been one thing had we been warned the night before but not a peep. This was no short alarm either. They went banging on every door and made you open it and let them in so they could see the alarm. Again not a huge deal but why at 9a and NOT GIVE ANYONE A HEADS UP?! This went on for over an hour and when I tried to bring it up to the front desk, was brushed off. Don’t plan on coming here to relax, between the constant alarms and the TERRIBLE pillows and bed, nobody that we met in the hotel slept very well. You can also plan on never having a clean room or fresh towels unless you make someone mad by asking each day. The staff was always on the floor but we would be gone for hours at a time and only once was it cleaned without us having to make a big deal out of it. I am normally a pretty reasonable person but each time I tried to discuss this with someone at the front desk nothing was really done. Customer service may be dead here.

Perfect for a get away. Location is ideal for walking the city and the hotel itself was a treat, clean, friendly and so uniquely comfortable. Dining was also a great experience with wonderful views from the roof top.
