"Nice but super thin walls"

This hotel is very nice, clean, good food. Great location near the University and Children's Hospital. However, the walls are ridiculously thin. There were kids and teenagers running up and down the hall for hours screeching at the top of their lungs. Sounded like elephants above us as well. No idea where their parents were and why they weren't told to go to their rooms. I nicely asked once for them to please be quiet. At 10:45pm, I called the front desk to ask them to handle it but no one ever answered the phone.
