Courtyard by Marriott Iowa City University Heights

Great central location, plenty of free parking, good healthy breakfast sandwiches served quickly and Starbucks coffee. We stayed in a first floor room with an outdoor patio and it was worth the extra charge

Would have liked an option for free continental breakfast for the price of the room.

Best hotel I’ve probably ever stayed at! The guy working the bar late at night Saturday night super cool dude!

I have stayed at better Courtyards than this. It was not as clean as the others and the walls were not as thick. I would recommend staying a day or 2 MAX. Food was good downstairs and there is plenty of parking. No in room safe. Other than Stella's, there are no other restaurants close by. CAMBUS bus is useful but during the week.

The hotel is so close to the U of I hospital thdt it is very handy. The only down fall is the bed is low to the ground.

Frequent visitor to this hotel. Great property with convenient access that University of Iowa hospitals. We’ve always had good experiences (including good in-house food options). This trip we experienced 2 irritating issues. 1) The in room lighting controls didn’t work as expected (we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the bed lamps) and 2) the TV guide on the remote did not match the channels on the TV. Otherwise, this hotel is consistently top tier quality in the Iowa City market.

Everything was really good except the bed was worn out and needs replaced.
