Marriott Dallas Uptown

Lots of construction around property. Minor issue with hotel provided hair dryer. Electric cord had been melted in 2 spots exposing copper wire in two spots. Overall, nice property with friendly staff.

The food was good room service as an option. Gym was great. The pool was pretty. The room was not as clean as I expected it would b no microwave in the entire building

The hotel is very nice and very clean. Views are nice. Pool is very nice with the view. Room service was fast and good selection. ALL employees were very very nice and super helpful!

1. Really really hard to find the entrance. Would be nice to have a check in temporary parking area. 2. No vending machines. Got hungry at night and no food or snacks anywhere or nearby!

I was a nice & pleasant place

It was hot in the room. Had thermostat set at 65 and it would get nowhere close to that. We like our temperature to be able to be adjusted where we are comfortable.

The staff members are not only welcoming but also exceptionally kind, ensuring a delightful stay. The heated pool and well-equipped fitness center added to the overall appeal, providing relaxation and fitness options. Every encounter with the staff revealed eagerness to assist, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The presence of charming patios throughout enhances the neighborly feel, making it a truly outstanding place to stay.

Great location for business travel. My room was stylish and comfortable. The staff I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Late night room service was delivered quickly. As usual, half the people at the hotel have status so no room upgrade at check in, but Im used to that by now and its a Marriott issue rather than a property one. No complaints, will be back.

Even though I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member with 100+ stays a year, I rarely stay at properties branded with the simple Marriott flag. (Usually I stay one of their other 30+ brands), so I was curious to experience what a brand new Marriott property would present itself as, and color me impressed. This property is very clean, the employees are kind, smiling, and helpful, and the design aesthetic is very contemporary pleasing. It's almost a mix of AC Hotel (reminds me of the SLC AC) and a lower-end EDITION, but without the EDITION super-cool. Breakfast selection in the M Lounge was excellent, my SNA-upgraded Junior Suite beautiful with tall ceilings and overlooking the neighborhood. Staff went above and beyond to handle requests and treated the dog traveling with me like a King (spaniel). May make this my Dallas home away from home, Im so impressed. Rates were reasonable too.
