Absolutely shambolic hotel. The windows let all the noise in. You are round the pool, can’t get any drinks or food. Then i tried to take my baby back up to the room in her towel. And the guy stopped me, made me give back the pool towel and carry my baby up naked. Absolute disgrace. DONT STAY HERE. They’ve made it look good. But it’s an awful hotel. Food is crap.

Wonderful stay in this hotel. Big rooms, clean and great views. Close to the theme park and cable car ride. Many restaurants right outside. The pool was big and clean. The team were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast we plentiful but average. However, for the price you pay it is more then satisfactory.

- noisy at night until 02:00 a.m. because of Beach Club - Poor price/performance ratio - Spa area: pretty bad (receptionist speaks no English at all, was not very friendly when the card reader did not work, the "masseuse" (training available at all?) was very unfriendly, did not even greet us and barely spoke 3 words, have booked the "relaxing package" (steam bath/jacuzzi/body massage), which unfortunately was not relaxing at all, on the contrary. Didn't feel comfortable the whole time. The steam bath didn't work, the Jacuzzi was a barely filled bathtub where you get briefly soaped up on your arms and legs and showered off, I have no words for the "massage" and also for the cleanliness of the massage table.... The bottom line: We would not book again and also not recommend! A 5* hotel unfortunately not worthy, there are definitely better hotels!
