Muong Thanh Luxury Ha Long Centre Hotel

The view was okay.

As a 5 star hotel, no one opened the doors and helped with luggage, staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, there was no proper line or system at the front desk, and they charged me for an additional night even though I cancelled before the cancellation deadline. The front desk staff Thao and Vien have no knowledge on the rules and policies of the hotel and tried to say that they were unable to give me my money back. I had to explain to them that they were wrong and wait for them to call their supervisor, who ultimately refunded me the money that was rightfully mine. They wasted my time during the process of all this. Horrible staff and service, would not recommend stay here.

From the moment we entered the building we felt welcome. The hotel is conveniently located, has great views and is close to attractions. The room is spacious, clean with very comfortable beds. The breakfast is excellent. Staff are friendly and very accommodating making the stay most enjoyable.

Great property, but noisy. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was spacious and had an amazing view. Fantastic pool area and great breakfast.

When I called room service to order food, I was told that they couldn't speak English, and then the call was hung up without any explanation. I had to call the front desk to place my order instead. It was quite absurd
