"Rundown "

We went to Ha Long Bay for a two night cruise. We wanted to stay a night after the cruise so we don’t have to rush to the airport. Breakfast buffet was just okay. Too many people and very chaotic. For a little more money you can stay at other hotel. This property looked rundown. Not well maintained

Great location. Walking distance to Sun world (cable car and amusement park) and international ferry terminal. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Some difficulty communicating with staff in English. Loud music outside the hotel at night.
