Muong Thanh Luxury Ha Long Centre Hotel

The hotel is listed as 5 star, but it had very low occupancy and as a result there was no air conditioner in the lobby and elevators, the buffet was pretty poor and definitely not up to par, likely for the same reason. The room was comfortable with nice view, but no shower cap/comb/ toothbrush were provided and we were charged for the LAUNDRY BAG!! The water from the shower was spilling over to the toilet room. Gym was closed. Definitely not 5 star hotel.

离SUN WORLD非常近，出行方便

早餐品种太少了，和五星级酒店不太匹配

Value for money, very close to market, sun world is just opposite, instead of coming for a day visit for halong bay cruise, one should stay atleast for 2N.....with sun world experience....we enjoyed a lot 😀

- nhân viên F&B service thiếu chuyên nghiệp, ko niềm nở, vừa order cho khách vừa nghe điện thoại, clear đồ trên bàn khách, ko với đc cx ko mở mồm nói 1 câu lại đi vẩy tay với khách - bếp làm đồ ko ra gì, mang tiếng làm ksan để biển 5* nhg ko biết làm club sandwich, thế mà cx bày đặt cho vào menu ra đồ bánh nát be bét, nhân viên vừa đi vừa dùng tay không để vun bánh để chắc hy vọng khách ko thấy bánh tan hoang quá, bthg làm club sw ko muốn bị đổ họ sẽ xiên 2 cái que cố định vì n là bánh kẹp 3 lớp nhg chắc do ko biết làm nên v, bánh nguội ngắt, gần 45p mới ra đc 1 phần bánh đó mà nguyên liệu nào trong phần ăn cx như lấy vội từ tủ lạnh ra vậy, chắc quên order ròi, t để ý thấy cả nhà hàng có 2 đoàn (4 bàn tròn 10), 1 bàn set đặt trc và mỗi bàn 2pax của tôi gọi ala carte 2 món mà làm ăn cứ phải gọi là chán thật. thất vọng ghê á hy vọng sẽ training đàng hoàng chứ ntn là hỏng từ trên rồi, muốn phát triển thì nên lưu tâm. cho 7 điểm là quá rộng rãi đó nheee BẾP QUÁ KÉM, NHÂN VIÊN SERVICE VÀ KITCHEN KO BẰNG NỔI TRAINEE CỦA CÁC KSAN LỚN KHÁC!

Reception was very helpful when I left passports in the safe whilst cruising Halong bay. Presented very quickly to as as we checked in for second stay. Close to cable car and amusement park.

Description of facilities was way off the mark. We were meant to have Executive lounge access, but lounge was 'shut' and had someone seeming to be living in it. Roof top bar didn't exist, whole floor was empty. No other bar in hotel, apart from a small servery in 'breakfast' restaurant, that had beer, bourbon, and whisky only. Hard to order any (listed) cocktails. Room had no special access to 'infinity' pool, and main pool had large stone wall past glass screen. Main Beach had very noisy music till early in morning.
