Muong Thanh Luxury Ha Long Centre Hotel

breakfast was a mix of vietnamese and european , i loved the choice of vietnamese food particularly liked the sticky rice and prawn/squid spicy dish served on my last morning

some dishes would have worked better not being kept warm for a long time also lables telling you what the food was rather than guessing would help

During my stay we experienced a lots of local people traffic. I was very busy during breakfast and around swimming pool If you want to come consider a days and the time of the year?

Massive hotel. Terrible breakfast. Too busy with lots of rude guests. However the staff were polite and helpful.

Better breakfast and encouraging the guests to be respectful.

The room was huge and very clean. We have a great view. Huge bathroom which I loved.

My room stated it had a Kitchenette, all it had was a kettle and cooler fridge. So couldn't prepare any food which I would expect from a Kitchenette. I was suppose to have access to the Executive Room, there was no Executive Room operational, no offer of any compensation for this not being offered. Pool area for this massive hotel only had 4 deck chairs to sit on by the pool. First time in a foreign country that it was hard to communicate in English, usually you would find at least 1 staff member that could speak English. This proved difficult thank goodness for Google translate. Found the location too quiet with no many options for good food.

The pool was very nice but only had 4 sunbeds for such a large hotel and was very difficult to get a drink or food by the pool.

The breakfast food was average and they advertised certain facilities that were not at the hotel. It was a confusing checkin process and one of my friends had an issue and the staff initially did not disclose it was the hotel mistake.
