Location was close to restaurants and parks.

There wasn’t anyone staffed in the lobby. Only contact for help by message or call. Response time was unacceptable for the issue we had.

Great location . Really comfortable - bed super comfy - and nice touches like dishwasher tablets and tea and coffee and shampoo body wash conditioner

The outside terraces meant the room was very overlooked and had to keep the blinds down if needing privacy

I have never seen a more aesthetically pleasing apartment! It was like I was staying in Ikea! This is the most beautiful thing I'll miss about Vancouver... I'll definitely be back one day!

"Very bad communication to provide access and money taken out of account without my approval or knowledge after I’ve left"

The email to access the apartment did not come through to me before I arrived ! So I really struggled to get in ! I think the codes should be sent a few days before arrival not one day before - for this reason I would not use Sonder again !!!!

I have been charged an extra amount since leaving and I have no idea why ???
