Location and having the convenience of a studio with kitchen and other appliances instead of a small hotel room.

The balcony was not cleaned properly.

"Ghost reception"

New facilities. Modern and clean.

No staff in the lobby.. Impossible to communicate with the company. Very late check-in time is very inconvenient. All problems resolved when one young and very courteous staff, Steve I believe, walked in.
