Location superb for everything we needed to attend our friends wedding. So spacious and well appointed, full fridge, dishwasher, fantastic views. Directly opposite Westin hotel, convenience store within 5 minutes walk. Would highly recommend

Needed a mirror and additional power socket in bedroom so I could do my hair & makeup while my husband was using bathroom. Roku instructions a little confusing but we got there in the end :)

I loved the price and all the amenities

The key is would we stay here again. It's an emphatic no. No chance. The hotel looks tired and needing some TLC from the outside. The rooms - ours was a 2 bed apartment - was very industrial/urben chic with the aircon, lighting strips all exposed. Rooms ×05 to x10 all face the main road - Washington Boulevard. Not the big problem. The area directly outside the hotel felt unsafe. The bus shelter and the sketchy people congregating there under Room 207 was the problem. We were in 207. Noise, arguments, and music came from around the shelter and its prized seats in the daytime. Arguments and confrontations through the night. It'll be interesting to see if the deli/grill on the ground floor helps or makes it worse when it opens. So shocked this was a Sonder and the image it is portraying for the Marriott brand. Stayed in Philadelphia previously, which was great, and currently in a Sonder in Chicago, which is excellent.

Not enough towels

Lovely apartment which had everything, even a washer and dryer. Really nice. Bathroom was great, clean with all bathroom needs. Kitchen was amazing. I loved it. Very close to everything in the city.

My room was right next to the noisy elevator. Didn't notice until bedtime. It rattled like a roller coaster. There was lots of noise from people on my floor. Sounded like a party. Loud music. Very unacceptable. However after 11pm there was no noise. In the morning, housekeeping employees talked so loudly to each other when they're working. They should lower their voices. Outside the Sonder it was a bit scary. Lots of people hanging about outside smoking weed. But once I was inside I felt completely safe. The code on the door and my room worked really well.
