The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. This is a central location and is prone to noise. There is no free parking at this property. Limited paid street parking is available nearby. Air conditioning is only turned on for the summer months.

The room was well-equipped with dishes and a washer/dryer. Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows. Easy walk to downtown. Keypad entry was easy and secure. Fenced, outdoor parking for $30 per day.

It is not their fault but strong urine smell in the doorways leading to the hotel. Communication between hotel and Booking was bad when I extended my stay one night and got a text that my belongings had been taken to lost and found. Eventually got it sorted out but caused a lot of stress and disruption of my workday. Fitted sheet was too small and kept coming off.

Being an apartment, our room was large and comfortable, and we had an amazing view of downtown! We were hesitant to book this due to reading some negative reviews but we had a great stay. We appreciate having a kitchen, and while we didn’t use it, it’s nice to have a washer/dryer available too. Easy access with the door codes.

The only downside here is lack of parking. We were able to find relatively affordable parking but it was during the week when no events were going on.
