Location close to Comerica Park and just across the street from the DAX bus stop with the airport bus Big and comfortable room for a Studio Very easy check in as always with Sonder Great value for money given its downtown location

Windows are not fully closed (Properly inserted), there is a gap on the side of a couple of the windows giving a little extra noise from the street and had it been warmer some heat in, I assume Not the best bed frames, noisy with just a little movement

The place was perfect and I was very surprised how nice it was , it had everything we needed.

There was no breakfast. If there was, I'm sure it'd be great.

The gym was a little weak, but what can one expect?

I had a good experience at the Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy Gabriel Richard Apartments in Downtown Detroit. The location is good for travel —right next to the Michigan Station on the Detroit People Mover, making it easy to get around the city. Plus, it’s directly across the street from the Airport Express Coach, which was just $6 per journey when booked online. The apartment itself was clear, spacious, and fully equipped. Having a washer/dryer, fridge, and a cooker made it feel like a home away from home. Everything was modern, comfortable, and well-maintained. You’re within walking distance of Comerica Park, Ford Field, the waterfront, and the heart of downtown. And if you’re up for a short stroll, the Corktown area on Michigan Avenue offers a selection of bars and restaurants. It’s worth noting that the immediate area outside the building can feel a bit sketchy, and it’s a spot where homeless tend to gather. While this didn’t affect my stay or safety, it’s something to be aware of when arriving. Detroit certainly doesn’t feel like the safest city I’ve ever visited, but I found people to be friendly and experienced no problems during my stay.
