Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding the guests stay. This is a central location and is prone to noise. There is no free parking at this property. Limited paid street parking is available nearby. Air conditioning is only turned on for the summer months.

My gold necklace with my fathers aches were stolen by the house Keeper I only ever take off the necklace to shower and i 100% left it hung up by the shower and its missing...either house Keeper sold it or grab ut with the towel hanging up and put it in washer..i will never be ok without his ashes

The building was nice- clean hallways, etc. The bed was very comfortable.

a very small shower, a bed facing the door and I had to search for an outlet for my cpap- the available cord was behind the headboard and the cell had to plug in across the room.

The view. We could see the bridge and river from our room. We were on thr 9th floor.

It smelled as if the bedding was not cleaned. The AC didnt work, so it was very warm in the room.

The Room was Very Nice. Clean and confortable

I was not noticed that my apartment had been changed. It was 613 and tem O could not opening the Door. I had tô return tô the front desk then they toldo me it was 802

"Unacceptable dirty"

The room was very dirty. The floor was sticky and dirty, cutlery was not clean, there was a lot of dust on the airconditioning unit and fans that landed on the bed. We have some allergies so this was a no-go for us, but even without allergies it was not acceptable. The bottom side of my socks were super dirty after walking in the room for just a few minutes. After complaining, the staff was not very understanding and helpful. We were offered a different room but that one was equally dirty. And we were told that if we wanted a clean room, we should have specifically asked for it when booking... In the end we got a refund and moved to a different hotel.
