Beautiful atmosphere and friendly staffs! Highly recommend this restaurant, Spectrum. Especially our server Derek, he was very considerate and caring. Thanks to him, we had a wonderful and unforgettable experience. The staff, Reighlee, gave a warm welcome when we entered which was very touching. I would definitely like to visit again and to those who are hesitating to visit, I strongly recommend to visit and have a wonderful experience!

Just returned from an unforgettable stay at Fairmont Seoul, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. The check-in process was smooth, the room was spacious and spotless, and the view was absolutely stunning. What really stood out was the level of service — every team member I encountered was kind, professional, and always ready to help. Whether it was dining at the restaurant, enjoying a drink at the bar, or simply asking for local recommendations, everything was handled with care and attention to detail. If you're looking for a hotel that blends comfort, style, and true hospitality, Fairmont Seoul is the place to be. I can't wait to come back!

What a property ! One of the best Fairmont and five stars hotel in Seoul I have stayed. They have been as well the official hotel for the launch of Squid Games Final Season. Spacious room with real views. Breakfast is so generous in term of variety. Staff is super friendly and eager to assist to make your experience always better. Dont look any further !

Poor concierge service and attitude especially Sunny Jang. Made arrogant excuses like because the hotel was fully booked and just simply ignored face-to-face in the lobby and email request of reserving restaurants in Seoul. So I left the hotel three days before planned check-out day and moved to Sofitel where conciege there was helpful and friendly, practically providing assistance and responding quickly. The guests who stay in Fairmont Seoul should expect self-help occasions as they are used to tour group and company customers who already have support from their tour guides and company staff.

The room was very big and comfortable. The bed sheets were a little rough. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak. The staff offered to help me fix it but unfortunately it was not a good time. Also, Chammi was amazing during check-in and he tried his best to personalize my experience. Additionally, a big thank you to Jennie from Concierge/Bell Desk who helped me avoid the traffic and accident by providing me with a great suggestion of taking the taxi instead of the airport bus. She went the extra mile and above and beyond to help me get to the airport on time and I am extremely grateful!

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The room temperature was perfect, not too warm not too cold. After a long international trip it was the perfect place to recharge and recover energies. Also the location next to a big department store is very useful.

The room has many lights, on top of the nightstand tanle, on the AC control, on the clock, that cannot be turned off and prevent the room from being completely dark at night. It would be nice to solve this issue with a complete-dark switch or so. It would increase the sleep quality a lot.
