I like how convenient the hotel is from the train station. Bathroom was excellent, very modern with lovely decor. Room felt modern and clean.

The breakfast was average but cheap. More variety would have been a good way to go at a slightly higher price.

The fit-out is of good quality .

The front desk staff is poorly trained and her personality is unsuitable for hospitality industry. I left specifically instructions to leave a key card behind to be collected and she made that difficult without a good reason.
