Residency Hotel Lagos Airport

Nothing, everywhere stinks, the customer service sucks and rude, false advertisement because I paid for double deluxe room but I got a small room that they called executive, I tried to complain but the receptionist called Anita was too unprofessional to listen to my complaints before attacking me. I super regretted my stay there.

It was not far from airport

The staff kept me out with unnecessary arguments about the booking tariff and the hotel tariff. Obviously, they did not want to sell the room at the booking rate and at the end, I was given a less standard room. The first staff, the receptionist was very rude to me, in trying to let me know that booking.com did not build hotel for them and can’t fix rates for them. The second staff was more understanding.

The location was great going to the airport. The food in the restaurant is very good and the staff are very polite.

The hotel s located next to a major road and you can hear every single honking of horns which starts as early as 5 in the morning and goes on all day making sleeping difficult. The lift at the hotel was broken and I was at the topmost floor and you need to be fit to be able to go up and down. My luggage had to be carried and this is not good for the health and well being of the staff responsible to this tough task. I was also in the executive suit and the shower pressure is not great and the television images were grainy.
