"Hotel could not find my online reservation "

Booked 2 rooms through hotels.com. when I arrived they could not find the booking and asked me to call customer service. Had to speak to manager to explain how far I was coming from before they could release rooms. Bad communication between hotels.com and local hotel..beware!!!
