From check in to check out…..stay was perfect….rented a suite for my daughter in law’s birthday….front desk staff was super friendly and professional….the bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner but everything else was perfect

Everything was wonderful but we could only get our room cleaned one day while we were there. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay and we will stay there on our return

New staff that promised a call back stating they had rooms available. We had a suite booked and wanted a second room. Stated maids were finishing up cleaning them and asked if she could call me in my room in 15 minutes. One hour later I walked down and spoke to a new person at the front desk who informed me there were no more rooms now. Nit a huge deal so rented a king bed room. Room 136 never gets darker than an average room at 9:00am in the morning. Has massive LED light right outside that floods every space light can enter the room. Impossible to get a sound nights sleep between the light and highway noise all night. Shower water pressure amazing but bathroom has no exhaust. It’s like a steam room when you come out of the shower. Hot water out of the Fossett is lukewarm and very low pressure. Breakfast itself was outstanding!
