Instalaciones, muy bonito el gesto del breakfast box por la mañana. Pedimos toallas extra y nos las trajeron de momento.

El barrio no es para todo el mundo. Es bastante controversial. Gente con mala vida en los alrededores. Hay que saber que el barrio es bastante folclórico.

Some other reviews did not like the area, but I thought is was OK. Air conditioning worked well, and was a bit of a god send as it was boiling in Lisbon when we were there!

The Pool as pretty murky, and didn't really look like the pictures, and the sofa bed was really broken and uncomfortable, so we wended up putting the mattress on the floor.

There was a technical issue with the pool and closed the whole time. By mail was promised a refund of 10% but we never got the refund. The coffee machine was broken and not replaced by another, this was also promised.

- the managers were super nice and checked in loads. Very appreciated - easy check in - spacious - restaurants close by - walk to central easily

- in a not so nice area, pretty rough at night as we travelled with baby - super loud till 3 am in the morning, people smashing bottles on the floor could not sleep with window open - ac stopped working on night 2

The apartment was clean and quiet.There is big supermarket and many good restaurants near the place.The pool was very nice. Two restaurants in grand floor were very nice. It was easy to go to center of Lisbon.it was walkable distance.

AC was difficult to control.Sometime it was not cooled enough so I had to reset several time. Two pool side bedd were broken and only 1 not broken bed was there.The last day before we leave, there is two replacements plastic pool side beds; however they were very hot during day time. The apartment looks quite clean but I saw small roaches and some ants several time in the apartment. The sofa bed cover had some stain so I thought it looks better to wash.

Clean and modern apartment. Not far away from the central area with great restaurants all around. Easy instructions to gain entry.

The pool area was a disappointment. Two of the three loungers there were broken and just left in the corner. No tables and chairs up there. It could do with a little TLC to make it more inviting. For a small amount of money spent it would make the experience a lot better.

Good location, pool on the roof, walking distance to the city center, supportive and friendly staff, comfortable and modern apartment.
