"Absolutely wonderful stay and the staff are amazing."

This is a wonderful hotel and the city is so full of life and history. Nothing was too much bother for Aisha and any of the staff. We only had breakfast in the hotel as we ate out at night but the food selection was very nice and varied. We will hopefully be returning for a third stay in 2026. By the time we left we left we felt like we had made some new friends and we will miss them. Zara in the spa was also very friendly and attentive. .

"Excellent stay"

This is our second stay at the Ramada Hotel in Erbil, (Gulan Street). The rooms are very clean, very large, comfortable bed, very good sound insulation between the rooms. The hotel staff are amazing and exceptionally professional, polite and friendly (& funny!) and are prepared to help in any way they can. Aisha at reception was very special and always looking out for us. Thank you Aisha for everything. We will be returning to Erbil next year and will definitely be staying here again.

"Perfect for a short work trip to Erbil."

Good restaurant at the hotel, very comfortable rooms and supportive and responsive staff - was there to facilitate a workshop, and their team was super helpful and accommodating. The gym is also big and well-equipped!

For the price in Erbil, this place is very reasonable. The rooms are a bit old, but the hotel has done a good job maintaining them and keeping them clean. No real negative comments - had a great stay.
