"Currency exchange rate"

I like how parking was always available, and the staff was friendly.

The exchange rate of IQD against USD because the price shown on booking.com was changed to rate that is only suitable for the Hotel and the management has ordered the staff to force the payment in the terms benefiting the hotel, despite the fact that I offered to pay in USD with a credit card they insisted on charging the credit card in IQD with the exchange rate set by the Hotel which is 10% more than the official Central Bank of Iraq.
