Canceled room day before was supposed to stay. Lied about the reason they canceled stayed. Has happened multiple times. Terrible communication. Nice place, but need new employees and management.

I didn’t see the property. Y’all canceled my reservation, last minute.

Having my reservation canceled. I was told that some kind of problem arose, and y’all would not be able to accommodate me. I was told the unit was out of service. But on the stayAPT app, there were reservations available on the dates I had reserved, but at a higher price.

Great location & excellent staff. Good concept with inner court grassy area for relaxing outdoors.

Needs attention to cleanliness & linens appeared stained & dirty.

It has everything you need a fridge a stove , microwave, anything you need it was a basically an apartment.

Only thing they do need to change out the shower curtain only thing that grossed me out everything else was clean

My stay here was great. They have large carts that help with bringing in belongings, and a Food Lion grocery store right across the parking lot to shop at. The kitchen could use some updated kitchen utensils and pots/pans but it was adequate to cook a few meals. My sofa was very uncomfortable because the cushions angled down a lot, but there was an armchair that was usable. The bed was a little softer than average and comfortable. I had internet issues (only in my room), and the staff went above and beyond to fix it. Seems like a place with some long-term tenants and some short-term. No noise complaints from tenants or roads. I did occasionally hear a train horn, but it wasn't super close. This property is pet-friendly.
