"Bad customer service"

We stayed here one night and was making a reservation. It showed on the website that there was free breakfast, but I had to let them know that that was false advertisement after many conversations with different ones. They decided to give us the free breakfast. Again, I tried to make a reservation this year and again I’m running into problems. The customer service is horrible. I would not recommend this hotel.

"Beautiful hotel!"

We were really impressed with this hotel! Spotless and nice features in rooms. The hotel is beautiful! We enjoyed the bar in the evening. The bartender makes a great Old Fashioned and was really nice. We had breakfast. French toast was great!

"Disappointing."

The room was lovely. Very comfy.

We did not receive housekeeping during our stay and if that is the norm then it wasn’t clearly communicated. Our fridge still had items in it from the last occupants as well as trash items in the ice bucket. Just stand alone. Not really in an area. Nothing close, everything a drive.
