"Great location, clean hotel, but make sure you follow up on your requests for room to work all well."

Room was great, hotel was good, however, attention to detail was left to be desired. Phone was not working and the room was hot. It seems the AC only activates if you are there. Me being out most of the day due to business needs, meant that I would arrive until late and the room would be hot since no AC all day. Location was great for my needs and it was easy to get in and out. Housekeeping kept my room clean on a daily basis, that I appreciate.

"Great business hotel"

This hotel is a excellent location near Lake Forest town. They go out of their way to make your stay. They moved my room because of noise of another room. Brought me toothpaste at night! Made me a great Latte two mornings and checked on me before and during my stay. I have stayed here twice. Nice gym and restaurant.
