Der Feueralarm und es gab keine Erklärung oder eine Entschuldigung dafür kein Wort darüber und wir haben uns dann nicht mehr sicher gefühlt und nicht wohl gefühlt und es gab viele Geräusche und es war sehr laut aus dem Gym

Die Lage in der Nähe der WWK Arena, aber Hotel im Gewerbekomplex nicht mal richtig ausgeschildert. Nachts sehr laut.

Für das frühere Einchecken (bei Fußballfans mit 15:30 Spiel der Regelfall,) kostete 20 Euro mehr. So geht Service nicht. Die Ausstattung sehr spartanisch. Nicht mal Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht.
