Room was a good layout and size, grocery store nearby was helpful.

Staff seemed inexperienced, bar staff seemed to want to be any where but there, hotel is hard to find. When arriving at 10pm, no one answered the bell and took much longer than needed to get someone to come around. It lacked signage to help find where the hotel really way, its in a mixed use building with the hotel on upper floors.

Unser Zimmer war sehr angenehm und ruhig. Es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde. Das Personal an der Reception war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war reichlich und das Buffet war schön hergerichtet. Die Lage des Hotels war gleich bei der Bahn und so konnte die Innenstadt ohne Probleme in einigen Minuten erreicht werden. Man hatte einen gratis und bedeckten Parkplatz während des ganzen Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung.

Zuerst bekamen wir ein Zimmer, welches noch nicht gemacht wurde. Die Receptionistin war jedoch sehr zuvorkommend und gab uns ohne weiteres ein neues Zimmer gleich in der Nähe. Die Dame war sehr nett und gab uns dann auch noch einen Getränkegutschein von der Bar. Die Baröffnungszeiten waren eingeschränkt und das Personal an der Bar war leider nicht so freundlich und motiviert was sehr schade war.

Es war alles sehr gut, bis auf die Zufahrt zum Parkdeck! Sehr eng, besonders für größere Fahrzeuge!
