Boutique Apartment in Via Roma

Appartement très bien équipé, très bien situé, un arrêt de bus à proximité , la grande place et les rues pietonnes à quelques mètres.

Un petit peu bruyant entre l hôtel derrière et les talons de la voisine dessus. Quelques prises de courant accessibles pour les chargeurs de téléphone seraient bien venus.

Goede locatie. Lekker bed. Groot appartement met fijne keuken en wasmachine. Airco in de slaapkamer.

We vroegen om een kinderbedje (babycot) maar we kregen alleen het geraamte, dus geen lattenbodem en matrasje. Onze baby kon er dus niet op slapen! We vroegen ook om een ventilator voor de woonkamer, daar is de slaapkamer, maar die werd niet gebracht. Het was 30 graden dus een ventilator is wel nodig.. dit maakt dat we de beoordeling slechter maken. De badkamer heeft ook onderhoud nodig, vocht plekken en de wc borstel is gebroken.

Jedyny minus za klimatyzację, która była tylko w jednej sypialni. W pozostałych pomieszczeniach było bardzo ciepło.

Fantástica ubicación, apartamento muy cómodo y limpio.

Abrir las persianas resulta peligroso y habría que poner aire acondicionado también en el salón. Por lo demás, todo fenomenal.

No crib for my child Elevator not at the floor - for 1 day the eleavator was out of service Noisy neighbours at night Smell coming from the bathroom charge of 50€ if leave any garbage in the apartment Be aware that the apartment is managed by another company ( wonderful italy )a company which wont accomadate any change to your reservation ( including personal emergencies)

Positive: fantastic location- easy walk to Palazzo Ducale, Teatro Carlo Fenice, COOP grocery store, Fontana da Ferrari, and bus routes

Not so positive: mattress was too soft for me to sleep on; no screens on windows, so I had to buy the anti-mosquito things because the host wouldn't and I got bitten the first night (I left them for the next guests); noisy in the evenings from the upstairs residents and the restaurants in the courtyard below; be prepared to buy the garbage bags (you will get fined $55 if you leave any garbage in the unit, but the host only provided 1 small bag for a 3-week stay)
