Un alojamiento muy confortable y bien comunicado! La atención de quien nos ha entregado la llave ha sido estupenda! Realmente recomendable.

The apartment was in a lovely building in a central location. Isabella from Wonderful Italy allowed us to have a late check out - which was most appreciated, but was, I feel, the least they could offer given the appalling start to our holiday.

We paid Wonderful Italy 37 euros for an airport taxi (12 euros above going rate) with the understanding that we would be met on arrival at the apartment. We waited on the street for more than 45 minutes for our welcome agent to arrive. On finally entering the apartment we found it had not been cleaned - unmade bed, dirty towels, dirty bathroom etc. Their solution was for us to walk a few streets away to a hotel where they paid for a night's stay. I had to argue forcefully to be given the apartment keys as I was not prepared to wait on the street again the next day.
