The staff were very welcoming. I really liked Antonio. I think I spelled his name wrong. He’s a bell man he great is with open arm. We felt like we were family from the time we entered the hotel.

There is nothing to do in the area past 5pm as all stores and restaurants close. The hotel doesn’t offer any entertainment. And Expedia advertised hotel as being all inclusive. However it is not

Staying at this hotel for my son’s birthday was amazing,the experience was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was spotless every area we visited was fresh, clean, and well taken care of. The front desk team set the tone right away with their warm welcome and professionalism, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. I want to give special recognition to the manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine care made a big difference in helping us celebrate such a special occasion. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’re so grateful to the staff for making it such a positive experience. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others.
