Margaritaville Beach Resort - Nassau

My partner and I spent 3 nights at Margaritaville Resort for business purposes. We had an oceanview room with a king size bed which was tastefully decorated and well-appointed. However, the mattress in our room (807) had clearly lost its supportive structure over time and was terribly uncomfortable. Upon raising the issue, we were moved to another room (622) but the mattress there was only marginally better. As a goodwill gesture, the manager waived the resort fee for the time we were there, but nothing compensates for a poor night's sleep and a sore back. The food at the Vacation Beach Cafe was good and staff were generally pleasant and responsive. Unfortunately, because of the mattress issue we will not return.

They charged me $50 to get into my room early, which I thought was really nickel and dime. If the room is ready, just let the guest go up. I thought that was really cheap. I could hear my neighbors talking and their television on both sides of my room I guess the walls are very thin playing the music at the pool starting at 9 AM Was ridiculous. I like music I like the songs but 9 AM. I can hear the music outside my patio 9 AM it’s too early. I don’t like how you can’t pay cash anywhere in the hotel and overall I thought everything was too expensive but I guess that’s how it is from the coffee to the lunch. I just everything was overpriced seven dollars for a cup of coffee come on, but I did like the pool. I did like the property itself, but I couldn’t get a good nights sleep because my neighbors were just talking all night.

The room and resort were very beautifully detailed and the view was amazing staff was Amazing everyone was so nice and whenever you need something they make sure to get it quickly Antoine and mark were amazing and very helpful when it came to front desk and needing cabs or answering any questions or just a friendly conversation makes you feel very welcomed will recommend to everyone Thankyou for having us !

It was well appointed and the staff was very helpful. The eating establishments should have more vegetarian options.

Mark and his team were super hospitable and very gracious. We had an excellent view since we were given an upgrade at check in. Overall the amenities and shopping options were incredible. 10/10 recommend!

The property is always clean and the staff are on-point. The constant music playing on property makes it difficult to truly relax.

They upgraded us without us even asking. It was a fantastic trip. I'll be at short, it was really enjoyable

I loved everything.

Great location in the heart of Nassau. Walkable to the fish fry. Which is where I suggest you go for food. It’s cheap and delicious. This hotel is cashless and they don’t do Apple Pay but you can charge to your room. Make sure you’re ready to spend a bundle on food if you eat at the hotel (try the ribs at the vacation cafe, best item there). The straw market is close by as well as many wonderful shops for souvenirs. Go to the pharmacy around the corner for any medical needs (way cheaper). Best thing about this hotel is the 24 hour infinity pool on the fourth floor. I would return here in the future now that I’m seasoned with the area and know where to go. Most of the staff is friendly here and overall we had a wonderful time.
