need new pillows

The reception personell are simply outstanding.

The breakfast was everything but healthy and everything in plastic. Really not something to start a day with.

The barn door covering the closet and bathroom is dangerous and should be replaced.

The front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful.

It was clean. The breakfast was good. Location was good.

Toilet just kept running. Nobody there to fix it. Person at the desk said he wasn't allowed to charge our room per management even though they only had a few of the rooms taken because it was Christmas night. Lots of empty rooms. Also people across the the hall had dogs that just kept barking. Again, the person at the desk told me there was nothing he could do about it and then again refused to move our room and would also not refund our money so we could just find a different hotel even though we were not there very long and it was still early evening. Then to top it off, the smoke alarm had a very bright light that was blinking all night long. I did not bother to go back to the person at the desk for obvious reasons. Never been treated with such lack of courtesy at a hotel in my 47 years of life. Very disappointing!!!!!
