On the whole experience the stay was comfortable. There was one issue as I had booked thru Expedia and made full payment to Expedia but than also the hotel charged 310 USD as room rent from me at the time of check in. Request Expedia to kindly see in it.

Close proximity to activities. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We could look out the window and see where our vehicle was parked.

The amount of unhoused people in the area made the location seem sketchy. Many outside the building panhandling nearby. The pay for parking was literally part of the business next door surrounded by curbs which is said to be monitored. The market next door was dark and over taken by the unhoused.
