Ohtel Auckland

Beautifully decorated room and very comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff.

We were upgraded to a larger room with balcony which was lovely, however it was closer to the viaduct bars and noisier than the room we’d had previously. Also the rug in our room and upholstery in dining area need some attention.

Close to the viaduct. Decor was nice. Towels were lush.

This is our second stay, loved the layout of the room. Not quite sure what the open bathroom concept is all about? Breakfast outstanding!! Great food cooked with fresh ingredients and cooked with love.

I’ve had a really positive experience staying at Ohtel Auckland. The hotel itself is stylish, comfortable, and has a great atmosphere, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from the front-of-house team — especially Luke at reception. Luke has been genuinely awesome throughout my stay: welcoming, professional, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make things easier. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this authentic and attentive, and it made a huge difference to my overall experience. Thank you Luke and the Ohtel team for making the stay such a positive one. I would happily recommend Ohtel Auckland to anyone looking for a boutique hotel with outstanding hospitality.
