Ohtel Auckland

Location, cleanliness, large and comfortable bed.

Coffee machine leaked all over bench (we have advised them); we understood that a carpark was included but we ended up having to pay extra for this. Not sure whether the confusion was at booking.com end or ohtel end but it was disappointing as was largely why we selected this accom.

Loved the fabulous bath, comfortable bed and all the thoughtful touches: record player, Nespresso machine, tea making facilities, bath salts. Great breakfast and super helpful staff.

This is a great place to stay. The decor in the rooms is stylish and a little different from your standard giving it a little extra feel of luxury. The staff are always awesome and go that extra mile and the parking in the basement is super convenient. Staying at the Ohtel is always a treat and never disappoints.

Everything was superb! The most comfortable beds and the cleanest rooms. You can even pick your own specific pillow depending what you prefer. Robes,slippers,quality tea and coffee free of charge. Location right in the city but couldn’t hear a thing all night! Breakfast was delicious.

The shower set up was slightly weird so I wouldn’t probably share a room with anyone else than my partner.

What a wonderful place to stay..location fabulous minutes to the Viaduct, quiet street. Super easy check in and out. Super comfy beds, spacious room. Everything you need..location location location fabulous. Will definitely stay again.

Can you please put some towel rails on the back of the headboard or somewhere. Had to hang our towels over the top headboard.

Just about everything. We got upgraded to a suite and it was more than spacious enough with everything you might need to enjoy one’s stay . As we were up for the Art Fair the locations was perfect , a very nice modern breakfast was included and the staff ( every single one ) were warm and wonderful . Couldn’t be happier .
