"Exceptional"

The pool and Tiki bar were so fun! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Best chicken wings I've had in a long time. Our room had a comfy and clean bed and was close to the pool. Fun and unpretentious stay for the money.

Absolutely terrible. Will be emailing owner and Expedia about this. This property should not be listed as an option by Expedia. Extremely disappointed in Expedia for offering this as a rental to anyone.

"Mud-week stay"

Really no problems with room but, no coffee maker in room. Had refrigerator and microwave. Room clean, parking ok. Only thing is, Lake Lure and Chimney Rock is pretty much closed down until lunch. Ingles 4.5 miles away had good breakfast. Tiki bar at motel had good selection of beer and typical pub fare, burgers, dogs, and wings.

Looks like the rooms have been newly updated. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. The pool and tiki bar are nice. River access. Great location, great price! This will be our go to when staying in the area!

Everything was shut down but the bar. They were in the middle of construction. The rooms were pretty dirty. Ours wasn't even ready.
