Sojourn Apartment Hotel - Riddiford

The room was small but clean. The bed was a double but luckily there was only me. There was no electric blanket so the entire unit relied on a heat pump which took ages to heat the space. The shower was wheelchair accessible so water went all over the bathroom floor. I stayed 2 nights and the coffee sachets weren’t restocked.

Lovely and clean with everything you need. Fantastic location. Very quiet with double glazing despite been opposite very busy hospital.

A little small and bed a little hard. But only minor issues really.

Friendly staff. Clean unit. Comfortable bed.

It was exceptionally clean, close to the supermarket and places to buy lunch and coffee. Comfortable amount of room amenities.

The coffee machine was hard to use and the water kept leaking through the machine. No breakfast or space for breakfast.

Great location close to hospital. Staff very helpful and their service just amazing. Rooms had ever you needed and very clean

Outstanding apartments Outstanding service Outstanding staff, I don't have enough words to describe this amazing place, nothing was too much to ask of them, I was across the road getting spinal surgery but my wife was by herself, the staff kept checking to see if everything was ok and if she needed anything, the staff were simply amazing which lowered my wife's stress as well as mine, when I checked out of the hospital they lent us their wheelchair so my wife could wheel me across the road to the apartment, when we checked out of the apartment the staff carried all the bags and loaded them in the car and then they physically supported me while I got into the car,I can't thank them enough,everything was perfect and I mean perfect, thank you to all the Riddiford staff for making a stressful time alot less stressful, I would recommend this establishment to anybody Thankyou Riddiford Staff Dave and Christine

close to buses and the hospital and city

The bed was uncomfortable. Very firm with no comfort layers and the pillows were all very large. There was no shampoo or soap in the dispenser in the bathroom.
