エアコンが汚いのと効きがいまいちでした。あとは全般的にきれいで良かったです。

入住方便，房间干净，位置不错

有一点点空调声和外界声

The kitchenette (stove, microwave, kettle) and table made our stay more comfortable. We could eat meals here with our young family more easily than at a hotel. The self check in allowed us to be flexible with our arrival time. We were given a code to enter the front door and once there we completed the check in on a tablet in the foyer including a video call with a staff member.

It would have been useful to have the option to complete some of the check in ahead of time eg submitting passport photos for all the guests.

This was a fantastic accommodation experience that exceeded expectations, with large and clean hotel rooms. Self service check-in, fully equipped with washing machines, microwaves, refrigerators, stoves, and dining tables. I only started choosing a hotel after arriving at Kagoshima Chuo Station and accidentally chose this one. Later on, I realized that the location of this hotel was very good, just a walk from the planetarium. You will experience how convenient it is to be close to the planetarium. I will choose this place again next time I come to Kagoshima.

Hot water wasn’t consistently supplied, there were roaches crawling around

鹿兒島有幾間同集團的住宿，到埗後才知道弄錯地方了，在門口搞了好一陣才發現可能地方不對。進入住宿後有個視像通話，但職員的態度是我這幾天遇過最不怎麼樣的。住宿只有樓梯，需要搬動行李，房間也還不錯，洗手間蠻大的，乾濕分離，就是差點找不到馬桶。晚上也蠻寧靜。
