"全体的には満足でしたが…"

全体的には衛生的で、とても満足しました。1つだけ言わせてもらうとすれば、チェックイン時のタブレットの液晶に傷が入っており、タップがしにくい状況でした。その為、チェックインに時間を取られてしまいました。 改善をお願いしたいと思います

東京から車移動での強行軍で当日チェックインできるかわからない旨を直接お電話してしまったのですが、非常に丁寧に対応してくださりました。お部屋も写真以上に広くてキレイでした。お隣の地鶏屋さんも美味しくて、お店の方も優しくて。文句なしの旅行になりました。ぜひまたリピートしたいです。

More space than most accommodation in Japan. Room to move. Contemporary with a great lounge/kitchen area. Good facilities. Great for a family. An easy walk to some awesome restaurants.

No lift, but not a dealbreaker.

玄関に入るナンバーが送られて来ず、困りました。施設はとても綺麗で良いのですが、お風呂を洗うスポンジ等がなく、困りました。それさえきちんとしていたらまたぜひ泊まりたいです

入口のパスワード、全く異なる数字だった。 チャットで問合せると、「ホテルを間違えてませんか？確認して下さい。」との返事。 交番で確認すると返事送ると、すぐ正しいパスワードが送られてきましたが、最初から不信感満載でした。部屋は綺麗でしたが、エアコンフィルターや棚が埃で真っ黒。掃除しましたが、咳がとまらず滞在中、室内でずっとマスク生活でした。体調崩し辛かったです。 天文館や中央駅は徒歩圏内で、美味しい大分唐揚げ弁当屋さんも近くにあり、立地は良かったです。室内で寛げなかったためもう利用する事はないですね。
