Villa Brabhan Seminyak

The staff were brilliant, whenever we needed something Mia was always happy to help and always super kind! The villa was beautiful would definitely come back.

Location, walking distance to Eat Street. Villa was great as we only stayed one night, was in transit to other accommodation the next day.

As lovely as it was, it would have been perfect if there was a lounge to sit in. The villa consisted of 3 beautiful bedrooms, a great pool to sit around with feet in water for those not wanting a dip, and a dining room, no lounge/couches to kick back on.

Clean, excellent architecture, balance villa layout. We are a group of developer from central java stayed here for work, and this villa was inspired us, specially the layout composition. its on a perfect location, walked around this are was such a great idea. Work, coffee and food. Its all we need...and also fast internet. cozy and warm place.

super perfect location.Very satisfied..mostly because of its in the centre of shopping and resto's. And i think this area was safe for teenager like us.

Great location, quick walk to the main eat street of Seminyak. Massage, convenience stores and restaurants all within minutes walk. The rooms were comfortable enough and tidy.

The outdoor furniture was faded, wearing out, stained and needed updating. There were only 2 beanbags even though the villa sleeps 6. The showers were not of great stabdard, with mould covering the shower heads and soap scum on the shower screens. The air-conditioning wasn't great in one of the rooms. Also the doors didn't lock on one of the rooms either. We stayed for 7 nights and 7 days and the cleaner only came ro tidy the rooms, make the beds etc on 4 days. The sheets were not changed at all during that time. I believe the regular cleaner was sick on those days but no other was organised and we were not communicated with. It was comfortable enough and we did have a good stay but I don't feel that it was worth the price it cost.

Absolutely nothing. Unless you don't mind living in squalor for your holidays then don't book! The maid tried her best to make the beds look presentable but the whole villa is gross and needs an overhall. Kitchens and bathrooms are filthy. Pool area is dirty mould up all walls rusty furniture weeds long grass. Bedrooms have mould all up walls there is a leak around the light switches so they are wet and mouldy and dangerous. We would not let our kids stay there so immediately booked somewhere else and left the villa. The photos advertised are at least 10 years old and reviews must be fake. I am gutted as I took so long to decide where I wanted to go and used the photos and reviews as my major decision points. Needs some major TLC a big clean up. Unless you're a group of very young people who literally do not care where you sleep then I would not recommend.
