Villa Majkovica - 4 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool & En-Suite Bathrooms & Parking

Big space and four bathrooms. All the equipment we needed, and a lot of space. The pool and the outside was nice and clean. The hosts we're absolutely amazing. Warm and good people. They gave us a lot of useful tips, and they also made us dinner the night we came. And since our daughter had birthday they kindly made a cake and we're all had a nice evening together.

Maybe slightly remote and you will need a rental to get to the beach, restaurants and shops. We'll always have rentals, so no problem for us. And short drive to both Dubrovnik and Cavtat(beautiful place).

Ivana and Miho are great hosts. The house was located in a very nice and quiet village which is away from the busy suburbs of Dubrovnik. The house was very spacious and modern with all the amenities.

Das war die schönste und wärmste Begrüßung in einer Unterkunft die ich jemals hatte. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Micho begrüßt und nach einem kurzen einordnen dann später nochmal ausführlich herzlich willkommen geheißen mit Getränken und häppchen - luxus!

Da gibt es einfach garnichts - ganz im gegenteil. Wir waren etwas überrascht, dass wir uns die Unterkunft quasi mit der Familie teilen aber wir haben uns alle sehr schnell wie ein Teil davon gefühlt und auch wenn sie, wie gesagt, unten Leben - haben sie sehr viel Rücksicht auf unseren Raum genommen.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ivana and Miho’s villa as a party of seven. From the very start, their communication was excellent—every question we had before arrival was answered promptly and thoroughly. Both Ivana and Miho are incredibly professional yet so approachable, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality is truly outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic holiday. They provided fantastic recommendations for places to visit and eat, which really enhanced our experience. One of the highlights was spending a day island hopping with Miho and his boat—everything was perfectly organised and so much fun. Although Ivana and Miho live in the same villa, you’d hardly know they were there, as they were always out and about when we were around. Yet, they made time to share a lovely evening with us, preparing a delicious BBQ with far more food than we could possibly eat! They are both very easy-going and genuinely care about their guests’ comfort. We would definitely come back—this was one of the best holidays we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommended!

Communication and customer service is absolutely excellent. I felt so welcomed and it’s one of the best experiences I have had. The owners even brought us some food for the night as they knew we were arriving late. Besides the kindness of the owners, the place is incredible. It is so beautiful and clean and just as pictured and described. We loved everything and will be returning next year to stay here too.

The accommodation was amazing! From arrival we were met by the Hosts who were extremely accommodating and provided us with lots of helpful information and food upon arrival. Throughout the whole stay, we loved interacting with them and they definitely made us feel very welcome indeed. The location of the accommodation was perfect, a 25 minute drive from Dubrovnik and nestled up in the mountains with some lovely views. Would definitely say a car is recommended although there is public transport to Dubrovnik from the village. The restaurant in the village - Agroturizam Laptalo was superb and highly recommend visiting if you have the chance. Overall, for the value, we couldn't recommend this accommodation more if visiting Croatia and staying near Dubrovnik!

Alles in het huis was netjes en schoon. De hosts Ivana en Miho waren ontzettend aardig en attent en hebben ons echt welkom laten voelen. Als vriendengroep konden wij gewoon onze gang gaan en hoefde we geen rekening te houden met buren etc. Het was erg fijn dat alle 4 de kamers een eigen badkamer hadden. Ook was het erg leuk en lekker om samen met Ivana en Miho te eten. Ze hadden een leuke barbecue georganiseerd en we hebben gezellig met elkaar gepraat.

Cudowne i bardzo wygodne miejsce. 4 klimatyzowane sypialnie z łazienkami, przestronny salon i taras- mnóstwo miejsca dla 8 osób! Sporo miejsca na zewnątrz, świetny basen z leżakami, ogród z ławeczkami i huśtawkami, a do tego osobna wiata z grillem, dużym stołem i lodówką. Jakby tego było mało najwspanialsi gospodarze, bardzo gościnni i pomocni we wszystkim, którzy zorganizowali dla nas kolację z lokalnymi specjałami i wycieczkę łódka na wyspy. Dobra baza na wypady do Dubrownika ( 25 minut samochodem) lub plaże ( 15 minut samochodem) . Dom położony w spokojnej i cichej okolicy. Serdecznie polecam!
