Great location, spacious room, good sized bathroom

No hand towels or tea bags provided. I asked for them and got very quick response they would be delivered to the room the next morning, but nothing arrived!

"Awful experience and requesting full refund."

Booked a room for two adults (colleagues) with two beds, only one bed in the room on arrival. Host did nothing to sort out. Had to sleep on a sofa, detrimental to work following day.
