Area was beautiful,lovely clean apartment. Modern. Easy access to building Great communication with apartment prior our stay

The bedding was very dirty and full of brown stains - it looked like the sheets were not changed in months. We were discussed and couldn’t sleep most of the night.

It was in a good location- I travelled with my dog and there were some lovely walks within easy access. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities I needed for a 2 night stay.

The parking area was very 'tight' and only limited spaces - I had to pay for on-street parking for the first night- but as it was in quite a busy area, I guess it's difficult to see any way around this.

Very convenient central location in Clifton village. Helpful staff contactable via telephone when required. Dog friendly.

Our designated apartment was already occupied on our arrival. (Contacted member of staff who was helpful and changed our apartment). Keypad entry to apartment - personally would feel more secure with a key in a lockbox. A lot of traffic noise outside apartment as situated on a busy junction.

the contact with the property was hard, some lady name Julia answered me after 4 hours during the check-in and she told me some wrong informations about our stay, very unprofessional, the place is far from the city centre but the neighbourhood is nice, the AC wasn’t really working, everything else was ok

The staff were not helpful on the phone i was outside the apartment for 2 hours trying to get in and once i was in the toilet stopped working and the shower was not very good

Loved that it was in a great location and that it included a little kitchen. The bed was very comfortable.

The wine glasses were dirty, but I washed them so all OK.

Le concept d'appartement/hôtel est très bien, on recommencera certainement. La chambre est bien équipée, propre. La deco sympa. La situation est super, en plein Clifton. Accès facile. On ne croise pas le personnel, mais la communication fluide et simple. Le bâtiment propose de nombreux services. (Machine à laver, salle de réunion, parking (petit) etc..

La literie. Les ressorts du lit étaient très présents, un surmatelas serait le bienvenu. Il est mentionné King size, mais c'est un King size anglais, soit largeur 150 cm, donc un peu serrés. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue et le bruit est infernal, même la nuit. Bouchons d'oreilles obligatoires! Bref, le concept est super, batiments er chambres agreables mais la prochaine fois: lit super King size et chambre côté cour.

Highly convenient. Clean and comfortable.

Note there are only 6 parking spaces on a first come basis. This is fine but someone parked overnight blocking 3 of us in and didn’t even leave their phone number on their car. They did eventually turn up at check out time but someone had waited an hour to leave. I do think this is unusual though. Otherwise a great stay.
